German Shepherd Nala loves sweets and has a shiny coat

Our dog Nala is a German Shepherd of 2y 8m. Birthday on September 8.
She really likes the sweets! I also notice that her coat is getting more shine again. She still has a lot of hair loss, but I think this is also a period of that.
Our Nala has had a very sensitive stomach and intestines since she was a puppy, so her bowel movements are always different. Some moments are tighter than others.
