How do I pause my subscription?
Open your Customer Portal, choose Pause, and select a restart date. You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Nothing will be charged or shipped while it’s paused.
You can also choose to skip your next order if that works better. To stop your subscription completely, select Cancel.
How do I change my subscription?
In your Customer Portal you can easily change your delivery date, frequency, product, flavour, address or payment method at no extra cost. As a guide, one tub lasts around 60 days for dogs under 10 kg and around 30 days for dogs between 10 and 20 kg.
I cancelled, but I was still charged. What now?
Email us at support@dogsuppy.co.uk with your order details, and we’ll be happy to investigate what happened and help you with the return and refund as needed.
Will my subscription discount stay the same, or is it only for the first order?
Your subscription discount applies to all future orders, not just the first one, for as long as your subscription remains active. You also have full flexibility to pause or skip deliveries whenever needed.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

How much supplement should I give my dog?
The correct amount depends on your dog’s weight. You’ll find the recommended dosage for each weight range on the product label and on every product page, so your dog gets the right amount for their size.
When is the best time to give my dog the supplements?
If your dog enjoys them, give the chews in the morning on an empty stomach so the ingredients can be properly absorbed.
