Shipping times

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. We ship orders on average within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays at our logistics partner. We constantly review them and do our utmost to avoid such delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs £4.95. We offer free shipping on orders above £30.

Track and trace

Once shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with a track-and-trace number. This allows you to track your package and check the status of your order.

Delivery

We deliver orders to your home or to an address of your choice. Please note that delays may occur during busy periods. Be sure to let us know if you have a different delivery address.

Drop-Off

If you are not at home when the parcel is delivered, our logistics partner will leave a card with instructions for a second delivery attempt or to collect the parcel from a collection point.
