2. Return Policy
If you wish to return a package, you may do so within 60 days of the delivery of your package. To do so, please contact our customer service team at support@dogsuppy.co.uk so that we are informed. We do not charge a return fee.

You bring the parcel to a collection point of your choice. Depending on the reason for the return, upon receipt of your package, the money will be immediately refunded to your account/credit card or a new package will be sent.

For all products purchased on DogSuppy, you have a return period of 60 days from the day after the delivery of the product.

This period begins upon receipt by you or someone on your behalf. During the return period, we expect you to handle the goods and packaging with care.

DogSuppy will refund the deposited amount within 30 days after receipt of the goods.
