Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel and, where available, manage your delivery preferences.

If you’re not at home when your order is delivered, our delivery partner will leave a card with instructions for a second delivery attempt or collection from a designated collection point. You’ll also find this information in your tracking email. If you know in advance that you won’t be home, you can often adjust your delivery preferences through the tracking link. Royal Mail will normally make one or two additional delivery attempts. If the parcel remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us.

We encourage every pet owner to give the supplement a full 60-day trial to give your dog enough time to experience the benefits.

We do not offer samples, as this does not give our supplements enough time to make a real difference to your dog. Instead, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on your first order.

This means you have 60 days to give the supplement a fair go. If the supplement isn’t the right solution for your dog, we’ll help you to find an alternative product or refund the full purchase price. 😊

We offer a bundle discount as standard when you buy two or more of the same products.

Are you combining different products? Then order our value bundles to enjoy an extra bundle discount all year round.

As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, we can still make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@dogsuppy.co.uk.
