Yes, in the form in which they are used in Dental Bright. It contains dried peppermint and dried eucalyptus leaves (2.25% of the formula), rather than the concentrated essential oils from these plants.

Safety concerns around eucalyptus mainly relate to eucalyptus essential oil, which is highly concentrated. Dried eucalyptus leaves contain only around 1–3% eucalyptol, meaning they provide a much lower concentration than the essential oil. At the recommended dosage, your dog will consume only a small amount.
